✨ What is a Transitional Facilitator?
Most of us will face moments in life when the old way of being no longer fits, yet the new path hasn’t fully revealed itself. These moments, whether in career, identity, relationships, or purpose, can feel exciting, disorienting, and everything in between.
As a transitional facilitator, my role is to guide you through these in-between spaces. Coaching is at the heart of what I do, helping you clarify what matters most and move forward with intention. What makes me a facilitator is the way I create space for all that comes up in transition: the practical steps, the big questions, and sometimes the raw emotions.
Unlike therapy, which often looks back to heal the past, my work is rooted in the present, supporting you as you navigate what’s shifting right now, and helping you design what comes next.
A key part of this is what’s called “holding space.” It means I create a safe, non-judgmental container where you can bring your whole self, doubts, fears, hopes, contradictions, without worrying about being “too much” or “not enough.” Nothing can shock me; I welcome the difficult topics and the truths that might be holding you still.
I don’t give you “the answers.” Instead, I provide the structure, questions, and tools for your own answers to emerge. My job is to help you see more clearly, reconnect with your values and strengths, and move through transition with courage and confidence.
My clients often walk away with:
Clarity: knowing what truly matters and what’s next
Confidence: trusting themselves and their decisions again
Calm: tools to handle uncertainty and change with more ease
Direction: turning overthinking into intentional action
Connection: feeling anchored in their values and intuition
This isn’t about fixing you, it’s about helping you reconnect with yourself and move forward from that place.
My Framework
1. Pause & Acknowledge
Transitions start with awareness. Before rushing to fix or decide, we pause, noticing what’s shifting, what feels heavy, what’s calling for change.2. Clarify & Explore
Through conversation, exercises, and reflection, we uncover the deeper themes at play: your values, your needs, your patterns.
Here I use tools like guided journaling, mindfulness practices, and perspective-shifting techniques to help you see new possibilities.3. Rebuild Inner Compass
We reconnect you to your inner compass that deep sense of knowing that cuts through noise and uncertainty.
We may use visualization, somatic practices, and frameworks drawn from leadership, neuroscience, and lived experience.4. Act & Integrate
Insight becomes action. Together, we translate what you’ve learned into small, intentional steps.
You’ll build new habits, test decisions, and move through change with clarity and resilience.
My Tools
My approach blends evidence-based coaching methods with intuitive, holistic practices, a balance of structure and depth.
Here are some of the tools and lenses I draw on in our work together:
ICF Coaching Foundations: ensuring our sessions are rooted in ethics, deep listening, and accountability.
Mindfulness & Meditation: simple grounding or breathwork techniques to bring presence and calm.
Journaling & Reflective Exercises: writing to unlock awareness and clarify what matters most.
Somatic Awareness: connecting to your body’s wisdom to access intuition and release tension.
Leadership & Sports Frameworks: blending strategic thinking, resilience, and discipline.
Creative Visualization & Future Mapping: connecting you with your long-term vision and “future self.”

Where are you based?
I split my time between New York City, London, Paris, and the French countryside.

How can I work with you?
Most clients start with a free discovery call, a relaxed conversation to explore where you are, what you’re seeking, and whether we’re the right fit.
If we decide to move forward, you can choose from a few 1:1 coaching packages, tailored to your pace and goals. All sessions are remote and scheduled at your convenience.

Yes, I coach fluently in both English and French.

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching focuses on the present and the future, helping you move toward your goals with clarity and confidence.
Therapy often looks to the past and focuses on healing trauma or emotional distress.

If something arises that falls outside the scope of coaching, I’ll always guide you toward the right therapeutic support.

Yes. Coaching is an investment in yourself, and I want it to feel accessible.
Flexible payment plans are available upon request, we’ll find a structure that feels supportive and sustainable for you.
