1:1 Coaching Program

Every person’s journey is different but the process of navigating change follows certain rhythms. My 1:1 program is designed to guide you through them with structure, compassion, and momentum.

It’s a minimum 12-week commitment.

My Framework

  • Pause & Acknowledge: Transitions start with awareness. Before rushing to fix or decide, we pause, noticing what’s shifting, what feels heavy, what’s calling for change.

  • Clarify & Explore: Through conversation, exercises, and reflection, we uncover the deeper themes at play: your values, your needs, your patterns.
    Here I use tools like guided journaling, mindfulness practices, and perspective-shifting techniques to help you see new possibilities.

  • Rebuild Inner Compass: We reconnect you to your inner compass that deep sense of knowing that cuts through noise and uncertainty.
    We may use visualization, somatic practices, and frameworks drawn from leadership, neuroscience, and lived experience.

  • Act & Integrate: Insight becomes action. Together, we translate what you’ve learned into small, intentional steps.
    You’ll build new habits, test decisions, and move through change with clarity and resilience.

My approach blends evidence-based coaching methods with intuitive, holistic practices, a balance of structure and depth.

  • ICF Coaching Foundations: ensuring our sessions are rooted in ethics, deep listening, and accountability.

  • Mindfulness & Meditation: simple grounding or breathwork techniques to bring presence and calm.

  • Journaling & Reflective Exercises: writing to unlock awareness and clarify what matters most.

  • Somatic Awareness: connecting to your body’s wisdom to access intuition and release tension.

  • Leadership & Sports Frameworks: blending strategic thinking, resilience, and discipline.

  • Creative Visualization & Future Mapping: connecting you with your long-term vision and “future self.”
